Their color is plain yellowish brown. They are classified by quality into Heaven ginseng (1st grade), Earth ginseng (2nd grade), Good ginseng (3rd grade), and out-of-grade products (cut ginsengs and other red ginsengs). They are packed in vacuum packaging after being selected into same size, weight and grade.
